Jerome Verdin

Jerome Verdin currently oversees the portfolio management activities in Europe, having joined Tishman Speyer in 2006.
In this role, he is responsible for the management of the company’s pan-European funds, as well as working closely with regional teams and Equity Capital Markets in both fundraising and joint venture partnerships.
He previously headed asset management activities in France, leading several leasing, asset management, recapitalization, and disposal projects, and earlier was a member of the European Acquisitions group.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Jerome was a financial analyst in portfolio management at Archon Group, where he was involved in Parisian real estate investments and the European Special Situations Group for Goldman Sachs.
He holds an MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School in Paris and received a Professional Certification by the AMF (French financial markets regulator).
