John Nesser

John T.
Nesser was the founder of Nesser, King & Leblanc LLP, established in 1985, where he served as the Managing Partner.
He is also the founder of All Coast LLC, founded in 2013, where he holds the titles of Co-Chief Executive Officer, Director & Manager.
Currently, Mr. Nesser holds the position of Director at Boys & Girls Country of Houston, Inc. since 2013.
He is also a Member of the State Bar of Texas, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and a Trustee at Paul M.
Hebert Law Center.
In the past, Mr. Nesser served as the Lead Independent Director at Layne Christensen Co. from 2014 to 2018.
He was a Director at Seahawk Drilling, Inc. from 2009 to 2011.
He also held director positions at Thermon Holding Corp.
and Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. from 2012 to 2024.
Additionally, he served as the Chief Administrative & Legal Officer at McDermott Investments LLC.
From 1998 to 2011, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President at McDermott International, Inc. and J.
Ray McDermott SA. Mr. Nesser completed his undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University and obtained his graduate degree from Paul M.
Hebert Law Center.
