John W.
Ellis has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development for Greater Baltimore Medical Center Healthcare since July 2006.
He is a Member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
He is an Adjunct Professor of Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Hygiene and Public Health.
Prior to joining for Greater Baltimore Medical Center Healthcare, he served as Vice President of Operations and Regional Director of Business services for Radiologix, Inc. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration, Chief Financial Officer, and a Treasurer of St. Joseph Medical Center, Chief Financial Officer and a Treasurer of Maryland General Hospital, Assistant Vice President, and Controller of Sinai Hospital, and Controller of Lee Hospital.
Mr. Ellis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Francis College.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
