Mr. Jonathan A. Bell is a Partner, Chief Investment Officer & Vice Chairman of the Board at Stanhope Capital LLP.
He is on the Board of Directors at Stanhope Capital LLP /Private Equity/, Portman Square Euro Private Crédit I, Portman Square USD Private Crédit I and Stanhope Capital Management Ltd. He has over 35 years of experience in investment management, asset allocation and manager selection.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a Chief Investment Officer of Newton Private Investment Management, a member of Newton’s Executive Management Committee.
Previously he held Senior positions at Principal Investment Management where he managed institutional and private client portfolios and BZW Portfolio Management where he worked as a Portfolio Manager from 1987 until 1994.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Politics from the University of Wales (Bangor) and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
