Kay Papantoniou

ay Papantoniou is Managing Director, Global Head of Human Resources at DigitalBridge.
Ms. Papantoniou is responsible for managing DigitalBridge’s human resources activities and supporting its employees on a worldwide basis.
Prior to joining DigitalBridge in 2017, Ms. Papantoniou was the Head of Human Resources at DigitalBridge’s predecessor business and supported its employees through a series of corporate transactions including initial public offerings, a corporate spin-off, and selected mergers & acquisitions.
During this period, the private New York-based company grew from 15 employees to a global, publicly-traded company of 300+.
Previously, Ms. Papantoniou founded a human resources consulting practice supporting businesses in the New York City area.
Prior to her consulting practice, Ms. Papantoniou was the Human Resources Manager at DCA Food Industries, Inc. Ms. Papantoniou received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John’s University.
