For growth capital investments, 3i Nordic works in partnership as minority shareholders with investee company management, investing EUR 10-150 million to support Nordic companies in their organic growth, share purchases or acquisition strategy. The firm makes venture capital investments by partnering at early and late-stage with promising or established start-ups to build global technology leaders. The investment range is EUR 2-20 million. Because they generally invest from their own balance sheet, 3i Nordic is a flexible, committed and patient investor which lets the exit strategy evolve in keeping with their investee company's needs.
