Mr. Manning earned a BA in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross and a Masters of Science in Finance from Brandeis University’s International Business School.
Mr. Manning also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and he is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society Boston, and CFA Society Colorado.
