Nancy Reid

Nancy Reid is an operations and project management professional with over fifteen years experience working with C-Suite Executives at top Hollywood Studios.
She specializes in transforming concepts into reality and implementing structure in the day-to-day operations of fast-growing companies.
Nancy is a creative-thinker and problem-solver who is dedicated to accomplishing whatever task is in front of her.
She believes productivity stems from a positive mindset and treating others with respect, at all levels of the organization, and prides herself in fostering and creating a safe, collaborative and inclusive work environment for her colleagues to thrive.
Most recently, she served as Executive Director to David Ellison at Skydance Media where she oversaw the company’s expansion from 24 to over 200 employees.
Prior to that, she was the Senior Executive Specialist to the Vice Chairman of Paramount Pictures.
Nancy began her studio career at Revolution Studios after years spent as a Production Coordinator on multiple major Hollywood films.
When Nancy isn’t behind-the-scenes making the wheels turn, you’ll find her outside hiking, camping at 8,000 feet, or behind the lens of her favorite Canon camera.
