Nick Bonn

Mr. Nicholas J.
Bonn is a Chairman & President at State Street Global Markets LLC, an Executive Vice President at State Street Bank & Trust Co., a Member at American Bankers Association Securities Association, a Member at Financial Markets Association and a Member-Institutional Brokerage Committee at Securities Industry & Financial Markets Association, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at Elkins/McSherry LLC and Navigator Trust Co. Pvt Ltd. Prior to his current role, Mr. Bonn served as the head of the Securities Finance division and global head of sales for State Street Global Markets.
During his tenure at State Street, he established State Street’s broker/dealer subsidiary in the United Kingdom and currently acts as a board member of that entity.
He has also served on various management committees within State Street’s asset management, trading and securities lending businesses.
In 1992, he joined SSGA where he pioneered State Street’s Transition Management product.
Prior to joining State Street, he had been with the National Association of Securities Dealers since 1986, working in market and broker surveillance.
Before that, he was with Fidelity Investments in trading roles since 1980.
He holds degrees in finance and a certificate in accounting from Northeastern University.
