Mr. Nicolas Vauthier, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at NewAlpha Asset Management SAS. He manages Public Equity strategies at the firm since 2012.
He started his career at Tillinhghast Towers-Perrin in 1996 as an Actuarial Consultant and then joined Barra as Senior Consultant in charge of Southern Europe in 1999.
In 2000, he became Risk Manager then portfolio manager within the Crédit Agricole Group’s quantitative equity management team.
He then joined AQTIS as a founding partner and Managing Director in 2004.
From 2007 to 2011, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of Quantitative Equity Management at OFI Quant (OFI AM Group) and then worked as an independent asset management and risk management consultant.
Mr. Vauthier is a graduate of the University of Paris VI in Mathematics and a graduate of the CFA Institute.
