Paul Clitheroe

Paul Clitheroe is the founder of ipac Securities Ltd. (founded in 1983) and holds the title of Non-Executive Director.
He is currently the Professor & Chairman-Financial Literacy at Macquarie University since 2012.
He is also the Chairman of InvestSMART Financial Services Pty Ltd., MONEY Magazine (since 1999), InvestSMART Group Ltd. (since 2014), Financial Literacy Australia Ltd., Radd Australia Ltd., Clitheroe Foundation, Australian String Quartet, Ecstra Foundation, Ensemble Theatre Foundation, ipac Asset Management Ltd., Sydney Medical School Foundation, Philanthropy Australia, and the School of Business & Economics.
Additionally, he is a Director & Council Member of the Order of Australia Association Ltd. (since 2008).
Mr. Clitheroe has previously served as the Chairman of the Australian Government Financial Literacy (2002-2019), Monash Absolute Investment Co. Ltd. (2016-2022), and Wealth Defender Equities Ltd. (2015-2018).
He was also a Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
Mr. Clitheroe obtained his undergraduate degree from The University of New South Wales in 1970.
