Ronald M. Pearson

Mr. Pearson has provided research, placement and monitoring services for over $50 million of hedge fund investments since 1993, principally for individual investors.
Since 1995, Mr. Pearson has also been President of Capital Management Associates, which provides corporate finance advisory services to private and public companies, and advises individual and institutional investors as to investments in venture capital, money management and real estate.
Prior to joining InTrust, Mr. Pearson was President of Petron Properties, Inc. and Petron Mortgage & Realty Corp., which collectively financed, acquired, developed, managed and sold over $50 million of real estate, including over 1,400 apartment units in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Petron Mortgage & Realty also originated and managed over $20 million of private mortgage loans.
From 1979-1990, Mr. Pearson was President of Petron Securities, Ltd., an NASD registered broker-dealer primarily involved in financing real estate and oil and gas exploration transactions.
Between 1978 and 1982, as President of Oil & Gas Management Group, Inc., Mr. Pearson invested approximately $15 million drilling oil and gas wells, principally in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Colorado, a significant percentage of which were exchanged for stock of a newly formed NYSE company in 1981.
Mr. Pearson became a Series 7 registered representative with Dean Witter & Co. in 1976.
He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Tufts University in 1972, and received a J.D.
degree from the Boston University School of Law in 1975.
