Stephanie Gualino

Ms. Gualino is Chief Financial Officer at Sunwater Capital.
Ms. Gualino has extensive experience structuring transactions and managing the complexity of international taxation.
Prior to joining Sunwater, Ms. Gualino led international tax at American Capital, structured investments and performed due diligence at PwC and at KPMG and developed cross-border tax strategies at Diageo.
Ms. Gualino holds a B.S.
in accounting from New York University, where she also earned an MBA in finance and tax.
She holds active CPA licenses in New Jersey and Virginia.
