In uitvoering van Artikel 8:4 van het Koninklijk Besluit van 29 april 2019 tot uitvoering van het Wetboek van vennootschappen en verenigingen, verklaart Compagnie du Bois Sauvage volgende inkoopverrichtingen van eigen aandelen te hebben uitgevoerd op de gereglementeerde markt van NYSE Euronext Brussel. Per 28/10/2022, bedroeg het aantal sinds 28 april 2021 teruggekochte aandelen 12 478 (0,7 % van het totaal aantal aandelen) voor een bedrag van € 4 217 877,04.
