DGB GROUP NOMINATES NEW BOARD MEMBERS MR MAPPIN

AND MS KUDRENOK-MAPPIN

Dutch Green Business Group N.V. ("DGB") is delighted to announce a new chapter in ourgreat Dutch public company which was first founded in 1957.

After careful consideration of the strategic, economic and financial aspects for all stakeholders involved, the board believes that long-term value creation for shareholders is better safeguarded when DGB remains a public company with activities in the sustainable sector.

Mr. Logtenberg is stepping down as a non-executive director of DGB Group with effect from today.

"We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Logtenberg for his just guidance and for his great integrity that he has demonstrated, which has placed DGB in a strong position to realise the potentials of a great future."

Today DGB announces its involvement in the task and goal of global reforestation, nature preservation, ecosystem restoration and advanced energy compensation services.

DGB is also delighted to announce the appointment of Mr John Mappin and Ms Irina Kudrenok-Mappin as Chairman and director of the Supervisory board. John Mappin and Irina Kudrenok-Mappin will join the new CEO Selwyn Duijvestijn as principals in the advancement of DGB, in alignment with the dynamic green purpose of the company.

The next shareholders meeting will be announced soon.

Mr Mappin stated the following:

Bio Irina Kudenok-Mappin:

Irina Kudrenok-Mappin is an international business woman and private investor. The Kudrenok family originates from Russia, Belarus and Tatarstan. Irina was born in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan during the Soviet Union and learned her leadership traditions from her family.

She married and became the business partner of Mr John Mappin in 2001 and together they run the family portfolio from Camelot Castle in the UK and from Nur-Sultan.

Bio John Mappin:

John Mappin is a private businessman. John with his wife Irina, alongside good friends in Washington DC was one of the primary champions of the Presidential Trillion Tree Global reforestation initiative that was announced in Davos, Switzerland on 21st January 2020.

John wanted to design an instrument that would both be of the people and for the people, that would help to accelerate the reforestation of earth and that would allow the optimum leverage of private and institutional capital to augment that purpose.

In the summer of 1985, John first glimpsed the potential of creating a financial instrument to assist global reforestation and the restoration of our woodlands. Dutch Green Business Group NV represents the potential of that idea.

DGB GROUP DRAAGT NIEUWE BESTUURSLEDEN MR MAPPIN EN MS KUDRENOK-MAPPIN VOOR

Dutch Green Business Group N.V. ("DGB") is verheugd een nieuw hoofdstuk aan te kondigen in de Nederlandse naamloze vennootschap die werd opgericht in 1957.

Na zorgvuldige afweging van de strategische, economische en financiële aspecten voor alle betrokken stakeholders, is het bestuur van mening dat waardecreatie op de lange termijn voor aandeelhouders beter gewaarborgd is wanneer DGB een beursgenoteerde vennootschap blijft met activiteiten in de duurzame sector.

De heer Logtenberg treedt met ingang van vandaag af als niet-uitvoerend bestuurder van DGB Group.

"We willen van deze gelegenheid gebruik maken om de heer Logtenberg te bedanken voor zijn doelgerichte wijze van besturen van de vennootschap en voor de integriteit die hij daarbij heeft getoond, waardoor DGB in een sterke positie verkeert om de mogelijkheden van een geweldige toekomst te realiseren."

Vandaag kondigt DGB haar betrokkenheid aan bij de taak en het doel van wereldwijde herbebossing, natuurbehoud, herstel van ecosystemen en geavanceerde energiecompensatiediensten.

DGB is ook verheugd de benoeming van de heer John Mappin en mevrouw Irina Kudrenok-Mappin tot niet-uitvoerend bestuurders aan te kondigen. John Mappin en Irina Kudrenok-Mappin zullen zich bij de nieuwe bestuursvoorzitter Selwyn Duijvestijn voegen als aanvoerders in de ontwikkeling van DGB, in lijn met het dynamische groene doel van het bedrijf.

De volgende aandeelhoudersvergadering wordt binnenkort aangekondigd.

De heer Mappin stelt het volgende:

"We zijn vereerd dat we de kans hebben om DGB in onze respectieve rollen van dienst te zijn. De omvang van de wereldwijde herbebossing die de komende jaren moet worden ondernomen, is bijna onvoorstelbaar, maar het vertegenwoordigt een geweldige kans voor de kapitaalmarkten en voor de particuliere sector."
