Outokumpu Oyj is een van 's werelds grootste fabrikanten van roestvrij staal. De netto-omzet is als volgt over de verschillende activiteiten verdeeld
- verkoop van generieke staalproducten (95,3%): gewalste producten, platen, platstaal, enz. De groep ontwikkelt ook ferrochroomproductieactiviteiten. De netto-omzet wordt per geografisch gebied verdeeld tussen Europa (71,6%) en Amerika (28,4%);
- ferrochroomproductie (3%);
- overige (1,7%): voornamelijk deelnemingen in industriële groepen.
De netto-omzet is geografisch als volgt verdeeld: Finland (3,5%), Europa (61,2%), Noord-Amerika (28,7%), Azië/Pacific (5,3%) en overig (1,3%).
