Ratos AB is een Zweedse participatiemaatschappij. Het bezit en ontwikkelt meer dan 10 niet-beursgenoteerde middelgrote ondernemingen in Scandinavië. De ondernemingen zijn actief in verschillende sectoren, zoals industrie, consumentengoederen, diensten en biowetenschappen. De portefeuille van de onderneming omvat onder andere Aibel, de leverancier van onderhouds- en aanpassingsdiensten voor productieplatforms en onshore installaties in de olie- en gasindustrie; Bisnode, het data- en analysebedrijf; HENT, het bouwbedrijf dat zich richt op openbaar en commercieel vastgoed; Plantasjen, de keten voor de verkoop van planten en tuinaccessoires; HL Display, de leverancier van producten en oplossingen voor in-store communicatie en merchandising; en Diab, de fabrikant van materialen voor sandwich-composietstructuren.
