He began his career as a corporate lawyer at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP and is a licensed attorney.
Adam has been a guest lecturer in the UCLA Department of Economics and the UCLA School of Law on the topic of private equity.
Mr. Pelzman served as a director or officer of numerous companies, including Shred-Tech Corporation and CSAT Solutions Holdings LLC
Mr. Pelzman received a BA in Russian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from the UCLA School of Law.
