and Belco Oil and Gas Corp.
from 1977 to 2001.
Mr. Berlin has been appointed an Honorary Associate of the Centre for Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy at the University of Dundee, Scotland, and is a member of the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators.
