Amy Fields

Amy serves as the SVP Administration & Chief People Officer for HBM Holdings.
Amy leads HR and talent strategy, oversees board relations, marketing/PR and communications, and coordinates internal operations including M&A and portfolio collaboration across the enterprise.
Before joining HBM, Amy was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Intalere, a healthcare supply chain and consulting firm, and worked in progressively responsible global HR leadership roles at Solutia, a global specialty chemical manufacturer.
She started her career in Boston with HR roles at Shire Pharmaceuticals and Thomson & Thomson.
Amy is a generalist with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, talent development, and establishing HR as a strategic function within organizations.
Amy holds a Masters and a Bachelors, both from Washington University in St. Louis.
