He also held former positions as an Independent Director at Delaware Investments Global Dividend & Income Fund, Inc. in 2011, as well as a Director at Delaware Investments Arizona Municipal Income Fund, Inc., Delaware Investments Colorado Municipal Income Fund, Inc., abrdn National Municipal Income Fund, Delaware Investments Minnesota Municipal Income Fund II, Inc., and Delaware Enhanced Global Dividend & Income Fund from 1990 to 2011.
Additionally, he served as an Independent Trustee at Delaware Investments Dividend & Income Fund, Inc. Dr. Knerr obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Yale University and holds a doctorate from New York University.
