Soriano is currently the Chairman of the Philippine National Red Cross, Xavier Sports & Country Club, Roadside Shops, Inc., First Industrial Plastic Ventures, Inc., and Cagayan De Oro Medical Center.
He is also a Non-Executive Director at A Brown Co., Inc. Mr. Soriano previously served as the Secretary at Rise Foundation, Soriano, Araña, Seriña, Saarenas & Sarceno Law Office, Resource Innovation for Small Medium ENT Foundation, Inc., ICS Development Corp., PACEMAN General Services, Kagayhaan-Davao Resources Management Corp., Cagayan de Oro City Resources Management Corp., and the Philippine Association of Voluntary Arbitration Foundation.
He was also a Member of the Philippine Bar Association, Inc. and the Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro.
Mr. Soriano held the position of Vice President at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines from 1984 to 1986.
He served as the Corporate Secretary at Liceo de Cagayan University, Inc. Mr. Soriano obtained his graduate degree from the University of the East in 1974.
