Bronwen Bastone

Brownen is the Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield.
Prior to her current position, she was the former Chief Human Resources Officer for Knight’s Capital Group.
During her time at KCG, she led HR functions across all regions and improved business practices.
Bronwen worked closely with the CEO and the Executive Committee to facilitate growth through the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures and deferred wealth management plans; forecasting global talent needs; implementing practices that attract, develop and retain talent through performance management and succession planning; ensuring HR policies stay current and represent the changing workforce and strong employee relations
