Daniel Hales

aniel is a Partner and iCON’s Chief Financial Officer.
Daniel joined the team in 2013 as the Director of Finance and was promoted to Partner in 2019.
Daniel has over 20 years of professional experience.
Prior to joining iCON, Daniel was Group Financial Controller and Compliance Officer with an FSA-regulated investment advisory firm.
Daniel primarily oversees iCON’s finance function and is a Director of the general partners of iCON’s funds.
Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Warwick) and a Master’s degree in Economic History (London School of Economics).
Daniel is CFA charterholder and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
