Daniel P. Bylsma

Mr. Daniel P.
Bylsma, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at KKM Financial LLC.
He is also a critical member of the internal research team at KKM Financial, with a primary focus on stock selection during portfolio construction.
Mr. Bylsma is also a member of the KKM Financial Investment committee and he works closely with KKM’s CEO to utilize his investment experience to further KKM initiatives.
Mr. Bylsma has extensive experience in the investment management industry, having held a variety of positions in the financial services business in his nearly 20 years of experience.
He started his career in asset management at DT Trading, a Chicago-based firm, progressively taking up roles of increasing responsibility over his career.
He started his career in asset management as an investment analyst for DT Trading in 1999.
Mr. Bylsma has been responsible for researching and analyzing potential investment opportunities in a variety of asset classes including equities, commodities and fixed income securities.
Mr. Bylsma has led the portfolio construct on a variety of portfolios throughout his tenure.
Prior to his duties as an investment analyst, from 1997 to 1999, Mr. Bylsma worked on the floor of the Chicago Board of Trade as a market maker in the Treasury Bond options pit.
In October of 2007, he launched his focused value strategy via his firm, EAM Capital LLC, to offer private investors the opportunity to benefit from the investment strategies he developed over the years.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
He became a CFA charterholder in 2009.
