David Spence

David Spence worked as Senior Vice President & Controller at New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Inc. He was also a Controller at Trammell Crow Co. LLC in 1990.
Later, he worked as Assistant Controller at First Capital Financial Corp.
In 2002, he became the Chief Accounting Officer at Tishman Speyer Properties, Inc. From 2014 to 2015, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer & Executive VP at Paramount Group, Inc. Mr. Spence completed his undergraduate degree from Wheeling Jesuit University.
