Dennis L. Shogren

Mr. Dennis L.
Shogren is a Co-Founder at IRR Partners, LLC since 2007.
He is also with Modtech Holdings.
Mr. Shogren has held senior level positions at Haskel International Corporation from 2001 to 2003 and Ameron International Corporation from 1997 to 2001.
At Haskel, he was responsible for corporate finance and reporting, manufacturing, engineering and support functions, with additional emphasis on lean manufacturing improvements.
At Ameron, as Vice President, Corporate Controller, he led the effort that resulted in a significant increase of worldwide working capital.
Prior to Ameron, Mr. Shogren was chief Financial Officer for Manufacturing Technology, Inc. where he managed all finance functions, including treasury, risk management, and accounting.
Mr. Shogren holds an MBA degree from the University of Rochester's William E.
Simon Graduate School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Brockport.
He received his undergraduate degree from SUNY Brockport and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
