Donald S.
O'Sullivan has been a Director, Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee of Finning International, Inc. since 1991 and is President of O'Sullivan Resources Ltd. He is a Director of Babichuk Construction, Ft.
McMurray Land Development Ltd., Twin Bridges Gravel Ltd., the Westin Hotel, Pacemaker Employee Investments, Inc., Time Air Corp., Intera Technologies Corp.
and New Gateway Oil and Minerals Ltd. Previously, he was Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of B&B Distributors, Inc. and a Director of National Life Assurance Company of Canada Ltd., National Sand and Gravel Association and the STARS Foundation.
Mr. O'Sullivan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
