Erica Van

Erica Van is an Investment Director based in New York.
She joined Intel Capital in 2023.
Erica is part of the Cloud domain team responsible for enterprise software investments, while also expanding the team’s footprint on the east coast.
Prior to Intel Capital, Erica was an investor at CRV (Charles River Ventures), an early-stage venture capital firm where she focused on enterprise software investments.
Erica has invested across a spectrum of domains, such as artificial intelligence (Zoba, InWorld), b2b SaaS (Arena, Goody, Parabol), the developer ecosystem (Strapi, Tigris Data), and security/privacy (Ketch, ActiveFence).
Previously, Erica co-founded and built a strategy organization at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focused on scaling businesses, digital innovation, and emerging technology.
Prior to that, Erica worked in the firm’s Chief Operating Office, and was also in a rotational leadership program working across investment banking, asset management, and treasury securities.
Erica is a fan of anything music related and enjoys exploring new geographies.
She has traveled to over 50 countries, from the depths of the Dead Sea, to climbing to the summit of the Andes Mountains.
