Frank Mandelbaum

Frank Mandelbaum, aged 71, has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since July 1, 1996.
He also served as Chief Financial Officer until September 1999.
From January 1995 through May 1997, he served as a consultant providing strategic and financial advice to Pharmerica, Inc. (formerly Capstone Pharmacy Services, Inc.), a publicly held company.
Prior to January 1995, he was Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Pharmerica, Inc. From July 1994 through December 1995, he served as Director and Chairman of the Audit and Compensation Committees of Medical Technology Systems, Inc., also a publicly held company.
From November 1991 through January 1995, he served as Director of the Council of Nursing Home Suppliers, a Washington, D.C.
based lobbying organization.
From 1974 to date, Mr. Mandelbaum has been Chairman of the Board and President of J.R.D.
Sales, Inc., a privately held financial consulting company.
As required by his employment agreement, he devotes substantially all his business time and attention to our business.
