George E.
Rippey is Senior Partner and a Co-Founder of Oak Hill Partners LLC.
Prior to joining Oak Hill Partners, he was Senior Partner at Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. Previously, Mr. Rippey was Senior Vice President of Marketing for GEAC Computer Corp.
Ltd., General Manager/Plant Manager of Cytec Industries, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Jolly Gardener Products.
Before that, he was Chief Executive Officer of Chautaugua Airlines and Chief Information Officer of PepsiCo. Earlier, Mr. Rippey was Consultant and Partner of Marketing Corp of America.
Prior to that, he was Manager of Wholesale Channels for International Business Machines Corp.
He held various positions at American Express Co., General Electric Co., MetLife, McGraw-Hill Cos., Inc. and Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. Mr. Rippey received a BA degree in English from the University of Maine and an MBA in Marketing from Fordham University.
