Mr. Gregory A. Taylor, CFA, is a Chief Investment Officer & Portfolio Manager at PenderFund Capital Management Ltd., and at Pender Private Equity Fund Management, Inc. and a Chairman at Britannia Life Sciences, Inc. He joined Pender in May 2025.
In addition to managing several portfolios, his responsibilities will include taking the lead on Pender’s investment and risk management strategies and heading the Fund Line Up Committee.
He started his career managing growth equities and in his previous position oversaw multi-asset strategies across equities, fixed income and alternatives.
Mr. Taylor was Chief Investment Officer and a Portfolio Manager at a Toronto-based asset management company from 2017 to 2025, supporting its growth from $3 billion to over $25 billion in assets under management.
Prior to that he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at LOGiQ Asset Management, a position he also held at Front Street Capital.
He started his career at Aurion Capital in 1999 where he managed pension and mutual fund assets.
He holds a BBA in Finance from Bishop’s University and has been a CFA charter holder since 2000.
