Henry Posner

Henry Posner is the founder of Railroad Development Corp.
He currently holds several positions including Chairman of Iowa Interstate Railroad Ltd., Vice Chairman of The Hawthorne Group, Inc., and Chairman of Hamburg - Köln - Express GmbH.
He is also Co-Managing Director & Director of Eurorail International NV.
In addition, he serves as a Director of The Independent School Chairpersons' Association, and as a Trustee Emeritus of Winchester Thurston School.
Mr. Posner's former positions include Chairman of Winchester Thurston School, Director of ALL América Latina Logística SA, and Principal of Conrail, Inc. He holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
