Prior to joining Croft & Bender in 2006, Mr. Hufford was co-founder and/or senior manager at several technology companies, including Proficient Systems, VerticalOne and Premiere Technologies.
Before becoming a technology executive, Mr. Hufford was a finance, mergers and acquisition partner with the international law firm of Hunton & Williams.
Mr. Hufford received his B.A. in Russian Language and Political Science, summa cum laude, from James Madison University, and his J.D., with honors, from the University of Virginia.
