James D. Ockenden

Mr. James D.
Ockenden is the Chief Financial Officer at TUSK Capital Management Ltd. He has over 18 years of experience in the financial markets specialising in financial management, product control and risk management.
Prior to joining TUSK, he was at Standard Chartered Bank as Financial Manager for Group Treasury responsible for financial management of treasury, supervision of daily product control and implementation of international accounting standards process.
Before this, Mr. Ockenden joined Royal Bank of Scotland in 2001 as a Manager in the Financial Markets Group responsible for the financial control of interest rate derivatives and proprietary trading desk.
As Head of Equity Derivatives Financial Control at Commerzbank Securities in 1998, he was responsible for the global equity derivatives product control.
Mr. Ockenden has a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) defree in Accounting, Auditing and Taxation from the University of South Africa.
He is a Member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA).
