James F.
Kimsey has been a Director of Affordable Residential Communities, Inc. since June 30, 2005 and President and Chief Operating Officer since September 28, 2005.
He was President and Chief Executive Officer of RailWorks Corporation from 2002 to 2004 and President of Western Utility Services from 2001 to 2002.
Mr. Kimsey was President and Chief Executive Officer of Fischback & Moore Electric LLC from 1995 to 2001.
He was Chairman of Kimsey Electrical Contracting LLC, which he founded in 1997.
From 1970 to 1995, Mr. Kimsey held various positions at Sturgeon Electric Co., Inc. and was President of the MYR Group from 1984 to 1995.
He received a BSBA degree in Accounting from the University of Denver.
