John Wan

John is responsible for deal execution and portfolio management of investments for ShawKwei & Partners.
John managed the end-to-end acquisition process for ShawKwei’s 100% investment in CR3, ICS, Rauxel, and played key roles in value creation and strategy execution of Beyonics and AMOS.
John has a track record of navigating direct investment situations with hands-on involvement with senior executives, driving the companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
John’s finance experience includes investments, M&A, and corporate advisory & governance.
John is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant.
Before joining Shawkwei, John was the M&A manager for a Chinese family office and acted concurrently as the regional finance controller for its European operations.
Prior to that position, John worked in KPMG China as financial auditor for Hong Kong listed Chinese corporates.
John received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
John is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
