Julio A. Ramirez is the founder of Jem Global, Inc. He previously worked as the Chief Executive Officer-BurgerFi Brand at BurgerFi International, Inc. from 2020 to 2021.
Before that, he was the Chief Executive Officer at BurgerFi International LLC.
Mr. Ramirez also served as the Chairman at Caribbean Restaurants LLC and as the Executive Director at United Way of Miami-Dade, Inc. Prior to that, he held the position of Executive Vice President-Global Operations at Burger King Holdings, Inc. and Executive Vice President-Operations at Burger King Corp.

Mr. Ramirez completed his undergraduate degree at Georgia State University and obtained an MBA from the University of Georgia.
