Ken Caitano

Ken Caitano is a Director in the firm’s Risk Advisory Services practice and has 16 years experience in line management and client service delivery of enterprise risk management.
Ken is responsible for delivering a variety of advisory services including, project risk management, internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley readiness, business process optimization, and technology risk management, to the biotechnology, financial services, and technology service industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Ken held position as Inspections Leader for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
In this role, Ken assessed issuer (company) and audit firm compliance, to the standards promulgated by the PCAOB, AICPA and SEC.
Prior to the PCAOB, Ken held senior level positions as an advisory senior manager at a Big Four firm and VP of IT governance at a major reinsurance company.
Ken helps his clients achieve value creation by taking a holistic view of risk at the enterprise level, and moving beyond compliance to operations improvement.
This approach helps enable his clients to leverage operations improvement to achieve market differentiation and ultimately enhance stakeholder and shareholder value.
Ken has served clients from the world’s largest pharmaceutical company to the middle market.
