Lori Ordover

Ms. Ordover brings twenty-five years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, marketing, advertising, sales, leasing, and development to her role as president of marketing and residential sales.
At Antares, Ms. Ordover’s responsibilities include managing every phase of strategic marketing and sales efforts, re-positioning underperforming properties, and guiding the design of new buildings.
Her background in new developments and condominium conversion projects nationwide has resulted in over $2 billion worth of sales.
Prior to joining Antares, Ms. Ordover was the senior managing director for the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, where she oversaw the sales and marketing of major condominium and hotel/condominium projects.
Before her tenure at Corcoran Sunshine, Ms. Ordover was a managing member of Executive Condominium and Hotel Consultants, LLC.
In this role, she was responsible for consulting with banking institutions to help analyze the short-term residential market and was instrumental in bringing hundreds of new residential condominiums to market in New York City, as well as establishing marketing and advertising programs for these products.
Previously, she was project manager and director of sales at Beekman International Center, LLC, a mixed-use, superluxury residential condominium.
In the course of her career, Ms. Ordover has also developed corporate extended-stay leasing projects for Millennium Partners, The Phillips Club, and Milstein’s Bristol Plaza.
Ms. Ordover was born and raised in Scarsdale, New York before earning her bachelor’s degree from Sarah Lawrence College.
She holds broker’s licenses in New York, Florida, Illinois, and Connecticut.
Ms. Ordover resides in New Canaan, Connecticut with her husband and two children.
