Marcel Kreis

Mr. Marcel Kreis is Chairman-Private Banking Asia Pacific at Credit Suisse Singapore Ltd. He is responsible in the development and coordination of Credit Suisse's private banking activities across Asia Pacific region, as well as promote cooperation in the context of integrated bank.
He has more than 20 years' experience in the field of private banking in Asia, and had been based in Singapore since 1990.
He had previously worked in various management positions in Hong Kong, Melbourne and Sydney.
Before he joined Credit Suisse in 2007, he was Head of Global Wealth Management in Southeast Asia & the Pacific, including Australia & Japan domestic at UBS where he significantly expanded the private banking business and substantially increased UBS's volume of assets under management.
