Guzman is General Counsel & Compliance Officer at Guzman & Co. He joined Guzman & Company in 2007.
He oversees Guzman’s compliance with corporate policies, procedures, laws, and regulations and provides legal advice for new company products and services.
Mr. Guzman received his BS degree from Columbia University in 2003 and his JD from the University of Florida in 2007.
He is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
He holds the following FINRA licenses: Series 7, 14, 24 and 27.
