Martin Godbout

Martin Godbout is the founder of BioContact (Québec), Inc. (founded in 1994) and Genome Canada (founded in 2000).
He is currently a Director at Angiochem, Inc., Fonds Recherche sur Nature et les Technologies, Ataxia of Charlevoix-Saguenay Foundation, Montreal Invivo Organization, Fondation Sur Les Leucodystrophies, and Corporation Inno-centre du Québec.
He is also the President of Hodran Consultants, Inc. (since 2009).
Dr. Godbout has held former positions as Chairman of BioQuebec, Génome Québec, Inc., and Insitut de Recherche en Immunologie et en Cancérologie.
He was also a Director at Acasti Pharma, Inc. (2011), BioCapital Investment Advisors, Inc. (2003-2005), Mirati Therapeutics, Inc. (2002-2014), Asmacure Ltée, Conseil de la Science et de la Technologie du Québec (1996-2004), AmorChem Financial, Inc., and Senior Vice President at BioCapital Investment Advisors, Inc. He served as President & General Manager of Société Innovatech du Grand Montréal and holds the title of Principal at Order of Canada.
Dr. Godbout received his undergraduate degree from Université Laval in 1979 and holds a doctorate from the same institution.
