Jordan Massey is Managing Director and Chief Audit Executive for ORIX Corporation USA where she is responsible for all internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities for the corporation and its subsidiaries.
Ms. Massey brings close to 20 years of audit and consulting experience to ORIX USA with proven accomplishments in strategic alignment of internal audit, risk assessment, process improvement, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and compliance.
She has extensive auditing experience in financial services, capital markets, investment banking, hedge funds, municipal investments, real estate services, commercial mortgage services, and nonprofits through her career in internal and external audit.
During her career, Ms. Massey has worked within the internal audit function in high growth situations involving new product offerings, company acquisitions, and global expansion.
Ms. Massey is an alum of Texas Tech University where she earned her degree in Accounting.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Texas and a licensed Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Family Compass, a Dallas non-profit that partners with families to prevent child abuse and neglect through home mentoring programs, community education, and outreach.
She also serves on the Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business Advisory Council and is the Treasurer and an active board member of ORIX Foundation.

Family Compass

Since inception, Family Compass has served over 41,000 children and parents in North Texas.
