Michael Martino

Michael A. Martino was the founder of Arzeda Corp., a company founded in 2008, where he held the title of President & Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2011.
He is currently the CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary & Director at Ampio Pharmaceuticals, Inc., the Chief Executive Officer & Director at HemaFlo Therapeutics, Inc., a Director at Ambit Biosciences Corp., and a Director at CaraVan Biologix.
Mr. Martino's former positions include being the President & Chief Executive Officer of Sonus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 1998 to 2008, the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director of Ambit Biosciences Corp.
from 2011 to 2014, and the SVP-Innovation, Business Development & Strategy at CareFusion Corp.

He served as a Trustee at Roanoke College from 2016 to 2020.
