Michael McMillen

Mr. Michael McMillen is Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer at RCG Ventures LLC (Georgia).
He co-founded the firm in November 2003.
Mr. McMillen has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate.
He began his career with Spectrum Realty Advisors where he served as Senior Leasing Representative.
Furthermore, he handled over two and a half million square feet of third party leasing.
Mr. McMillen served as Senior Leasing Representative of Regency Realty/Branch Properties where he was responsible for several re-development projects and new developments in the Atlanta MSA. He handled the leasing of approximately two million square feet of retail in the Southeast.
Mr. McMillen received a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and a M.B.A. with a focus in Real Estate and Corporate Finance, from the Terry Graduate School of Business at the University of Georgia.
He also attended the London School of Economics.
