Nicholas Faulkner

Mr. Faulker joined Pathway in 2020 and is a vice president in the California office.
His responsibilities include assisting with the investment analysis and due diligence on primaries, secondaries, and co-investments; maintaining Pathway’s various databases; analyzing and monitoring investments and their performance; and generating client reports.
Prior to joining Pathway, Mr. Faulkner worked as a principal at the Cintrifuse Syndicate Fund.
Prior to that, he held positions as a startup executive, private equity analyst, and investment banking analyst.
He received a BA in history from The College of William and Mary and an MBA from Xavier University.
Mr. Faulkner is a CPA and a CFA candidate–Level III.
