He was also a Corporate Development Executive at Thyssen Bournemisza Group, Inc. and a Corporate Development Officer at General Foods Corporation.
He was Vice President and General Counsel at Continental Can Company.
He was Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at Dun & Bradstreet Corporation and an Associate Attorney at Shearman & Sterling.
He is a former Adjunct Faculty Member at Boston University School of Management.
He earned a BS in Economics & Engineering, from Yale University and a LLB from Law School, Columbia University.
