Barry Sauder was Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of R.H.
Donnelley Corp.
from January 2008 to November 21, 2008.
He joined InfraSource Services in April 2004 as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
Prior to joining InfraSource Services, Mr. Sauder served as Vice President of Finance and Controller of GSI Commerce from December 2000 to April 2004, an Assistant Vice President and Corporate Controller of MainStream PCS from August 2000 to December 2000 and Director of Finance for GSI Commerce from August 1999 to August 2000.
He is a Certified Public Accountant.
