Mr. R.
Paul Sprague is Founder & Chairman at Warwick Group, Inc. He founded the firm in 1970.
During his career, both with Warwick, and prior there to, Mr. Sprague has acquired or developed over 40 companies in a wide range of fields, including building products, advertising specialties, healthcare, machine tools, knitting mills, steel products, computer rentals, publishing, home appliance manufacturing, mortgage marketing, toy manufacturing and fast food restaurants.
He has taken companies public and private, has publicly and privately financed acquisitions, and helped refinance one of Wall Street's leading investment banking firms.
Mr. Sprague has held several senior positions in the Young Presidents' Organization, a worldwide organization of company presidents, and in the senior division, the Chief Executives' Organization.
He is a member of the Entrepreneurial Advisory Board at Georgetown University's School of Business where he lectures each semester, as well as to other audiences throughout the United States.
He is a member of the Board of Directors of several companies throughout the United States.
